Process
We work in three passes. The first is discovery — interviews, audit, positioning. The second is ranged exploration where we put two or three meaningfully different directions on the table. The third presses one direction into a usable kit.
Deliverables
Source files, a written system document, an annotated set of templates, and a thirty-day support window. Everything lives in your repo, not ours.
