Use of the site
You may read, share, and link to anything published here. Please don't scrape the site at scale, don't republish full posts without permission, and don't abuse our endpoints.
Content
The essays, posts, and editorial content on this site are owned by the site operator and protected by copyright. Quote short passages with attribution and a link back; otherwise ask first.
License (PostWave product)
When you buy a PostWave license, you receive a non-transferable right
to deploy and use PostWave on the number of domains specified by your
tier (Personal / Pro / Lifetime). The license is delivered as a
signed token (POSTWAVE_LICENSE_KEY); a public verification key
travels with the codebase. You may modify the source for your own
use, but you may not redistribute the source or the license tokens
to third parties.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day no-questions refund from purchase date. Email the address below within 14 days, mention your order ID, and we'll refund the full license fee. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and considered case-by-case.
Updates
Personal and Pro tiers receive updates for one year from purchase. Lifetime tier receives updates for as long as the product is maintained. "Updates" means new minor and patch releases; major releases (e.g. a hypothetical PostWave 2.0) may carry a paid upgrade path.
AI features
PostWave's AI features (inline rewrite, distribution generation, reader Q&A) are generated automatically by the AI provider you configure. Output may contain inaccuracies. Use judgment. We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of generated text.
Newsletter
If this site runs a newsletter, it's a free editorial service. We may pause, change, or end it at any time. Subscribers can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
Liability
The site and the PostWave product are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them accurate, online, and secure, but we make no guarantees. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
