A brand sprint delivers a complete, usable brand system in a fixed timeframe. Not a direction or a concept — a finished kit.
Strategy first. We start with two workshops: competitive positioning and customer understanding. Everything that follows is built on what we learn here.
Identity system. Logo, colour palette, typography, icon style, and the rules for how they work together. Delivered as a Figma component library and a PDF brand guide.
Voice guide. Three pages that document your brand's tone, vocabulary, and the specific things it would and wouldn't say. Designed to be used by your team, not filed away.
Photography direction. A brief your team (or a photographer you hire) can use to produce on-brand visual content independently.
Sprint retrospective. A 90-minute session at close to review what we built, why we made the decisions we made, and how to use the system in the first 90 days.
How it works
Six weeks for a Founder Sprint. Eight weeks for a Studio Sprint. Fixed fee, two revision rounds included.
We work with one primary decision-maker. If there's a committee, we'll need to align on a process before we start.
What's not included
Development. Writing (beyond the voice guide). Social media management. Ongoing brand management. These are available as separate engagements.
