Content engine

A six-week build followed by an optional ongoing retainer. We design the system, produce the first content, and hand it over to your team.

What you get

A content engine is a programme, not a pile of content. We build a system your team can operate — and then help you run it until they can run it alone.

Content strategy. Who you're writing for, what they need to know before they'll buy, and what format and frequency will reach them reliably.

Voice profile. A documented content voice that travels with every piece — from long-form to LinkedIn to email — so the brand stays consistent when different people are writing.

Content inventory. The first 20 pieces of content, prioritised by impact. A rolling plan, not a rigid calendar.

First content sprint. We produce the first 4-6 pieces with you, establishing tone and format.

Handoff documentation. The operating manual for the programme. Your team should be able to run independently after 90 days.

Optional retainer

After the build, we offer a three-month light-touch retainer: one monthly check-in, feedback on one piece of content per month, email availability for quick questions. Most clients take it. After three months, the programme runs independently.

What's not included

Social media management. Paid distribution. Photography or video production. Analytics setup beyond the content metrics framework.
